This group was formed to connect like minded people. We are a small yoga center in the heart of Spring Lake. We will offer daily, weekly and monthly classes and workshops. We will also be forming some new groups and classes. Whether you are new or seasoned to yoga, thai massage, reiki or meditation this group is for you. May we connect in the light living in our truth with love and grace while we remind one another of this universal shift we have entered. The old structures of living with ego, fear and competition are not serving us anymore. It is time to live from the heart with intuition, trust and connectivity. May we recognize that when we vibrate from a higher frequency, we do not need to strive and work so hard! Instead, we shall illuminate the path of light as we live in our abundance and bliss.
